Welcome New HR Services Staff

HR Services is pleased to introduce new staff we’ve added to the team over the last year.

We are excited to welcome to our data team:

Kyla Brandenberg, HR Data Analyst — Kyla joined the HR Services team in May 2024. Before coming to TASB, she worked in public education as a middle school teacher. She attended Iowa State University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in education.

Jose Martinez, HR Data Analyst — Jose joined the HR Services team in November 2023. Before coming to TASB, he worked as a data analyst in the tech industry. He attended the University of Texas at Austin graduating with a bachelor’s degree in sport management.

Mariah McLelan, HR Data Analyst — Mariah joined the HR Services team in August 2024. Before coming to TASB, she worked at a Central Texas school district for 5 years as a middle school teacher. McLelan attended Texas State University graduating with a bachelor’s degree in education.

We are also excited to welcome Erin Kolecki back to the consultant team as of August 2024!

Erin Kolecki, Senior HR and Compensation Consultant — Erin joined the HR Services team in 2018. She assists with compensation planning and development, training, and other HR projects. She has nine years of experience consulting in support of Texas public schools. Kolecki holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in human resource management from Texas A&M University. She holds a SHRM-CP and a compensation analyst credential (CAC).
