Winter Governance Seminar 2019 Conference Registration

Online registration for the Winter Governance Seminar opens on Wednesday, January 23 and can be found through the new Event Calendar.  

Below are tips to ensure a smooth registration experience:

  1. The User MUST have an active myTASB user ID and password to register—whether you are registering yourself or others.
  2. Registrants DO NOT need an active myTASB user ID and password if someone else in the district is registering them.
  3. District personnel with access to the Member Profile application in myTASB can add and update member information using that application.

Before you register online, access the complete list of Session Descriptors (will be posted 1/21/19) to determine which sessions you will submit with your registration. After reviewing the session offerings, complete the Session Selection Form (will be posted 1/21/19) and return it to your superintendent or designee so they may complete your registration. 

Registrations cannot be processed without the Session Selection Form!

WGS registration options

  • Registration Option 1 - $375: Thursday morning through Saturday morning:
    • Wednesday night "Regiception"
    • Breakfast and lunch Thursday and Friday
    • Breakfast Saturday
    • Refreshments during reflection breaks
    • Program materials
    • Up to 12.5 hours of continuing education credit
  • Registration Option 2 - $315: Friday morning through Saturday morning:
    • Breakfast and lunch Friday
    • Breakfast Saturday
    • Refreshments during reflection breaks
    • Program materials
    • Up to 7.5 hours of continuing education credit

Registration cancellation

All registrations must be prepaid by check, credit card or include a district purchase order. If you register but are unable to attend, the following terms will apply:

  • For a full refund, your cancellation must reach TASB by February 12.
  • If your cancellation reaches TASB after February 12 but by February 15, 50of your registration fee will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be provided after February 15, but another representative from your district or organization may attend in your place.

In the event you need to cancel, please use the TASB cancellation form (pdf) and e-mail it to by the dates specified.

If TASB must cancel the event, TASB will not be responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including transportation, lodging, and meal costs) sustained by the registrant. Contact the TASB Registrar at 800.580.8272, or e-mail to discuss cancellation.
