Amy Kadlecek

Amy Kadlecek joined Policy Service in February 2007. As the Manager of Community College Policy Services, Amy advises Texas community colleges on a variety of board policy topics, analyzes community college policy, and assists the community colleges in updating their policies and maintaining their policy manuals. Amy also serves as a policy consultant for school districts and assists with the production of several TASB Policy Service resources published for school administrators. In addition, you can often find Amy at various regional and state-wide training events giving presentations on a variety of board policy topics.

Prior to joining TASB, Amy taught school for 22 years and served as a coordinator for the Gifted and Talented Program in her district for 18 of those years. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Curriculum and Instruction. While teaching, she also co-founded her district’s child care center for children of employees. Amy is active in her local community and church, volunteering in several capacities. 

Amy provides consulting and policy development and maintenance services to specific community colleges.
