Policy Service offers resources that introduce policy management and policymaking to administrators and trustees.  TASB's policy consultants also conduct training.  They can often be seen teaching sessions at Summer Leadership Institute, the annual TASB/TASA Convention, and at regional Superintendent's Secretaries Conferences.  They also conduct direct board training when they visit a district in the context of a Policy Review Session.
