Registration-Fee waived for TASB active member entities!

Online registration is open from Monday, November 28, through Friday, February 10. After 5.p.m. February 10, attendees may register on site at the conference.

Before you register on line, be sure to access the complete list of session offerings (pdf) to determine which sessions you will submit with your registration. After reviewing session offerings, complete the Session Selection Sheet (doc)  and return it to your superintendent or designee so that he or she may complete your registration. Registrations will not be processed without the Session Selection Sheet.

To speed up the process and to ensure accuracy, register through myTASB Event Registration, an enhanced meeting registration process that automatically pulls individual and district information from the TASB membership database.

  • Registration Option 1—Thursday morning through Saturday afternoon, which includes the following:
    • Continental breakfast and lunch Thursday and Friday
    • Breakfast Saturday
    • Breaks all three days
    • Program materials
    • Up to 15.25 hours of continuing education credit
  • Registration Option 2—Friday morning through Saturday afternoon, which includes the
    following:
    • Continental breakfast and lunch Friday
    • Breakfast Saturday
    • Breaks both days
    • Program materials
    • Up to 9.25 hours of continuing education credit

Cancellation

While the registration fee for the 2012 WGLS has been waived, we still need you to send a formal cancellation request to adjust our food and beverage needs as well as room setups and materials reproduction.

In the event you need to cancel, please use the TASB cancellation form (pdf) and e-mail or fax it to us by Wednesday, February 8. .

If TASB must cancel the event, TASB will not be responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including transportation, lodging, and meal costs) sustained by the
registrant.
