The Celebrating Education Opportunities for Hispanic Students Conference is a collaborative effort of the Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas school boards associations. The conference focuses on issues and challenges confronting school districts throughout the Southwest and features innovative programs, projects, and strategies for success in increasing the educational opportunities for Hispanic/Latino students, the fastest growing segment of our student population in the Southwest.
