Inside HR Services

Welcome new members!

We are pleased to welcome our newest HR Services members: The Girls and Boys Preparatory Academy, Jim Ned CISD, and Lake Worth ISD.

We need to hear from you!

The deadline to return District Personnel Salary Survey data has come and gone, and we regret to say that the participation is lower than last year. We have extended the deadline to Nov. 12. Your participation is important, even if your district has frozen or plans to freeze salaries!

Superintendent Survey results available

Participation in the Superintendent Survey was excellent and we thank everyone who shared information. Results were available in DataCentral on Oct. 20. Districts that are not in DataCentral can access the PDF reports on Nov. 10 on our Web Site. Teacher results will be in DataCentral by Dec. 1. Our DataCentral tool has allowed us to release survey results on line a full month earlier than years past.

Share your story about Texas Education HR Day

Oct. 13 was the first Texas Education HR Day and we would like to know what districts did to honor the contributions of their HR staff. Next year we will share good ideas to promote this event. If you have a story to share from your district, please let us know about it  This link opens in a new window..
