HR Services advisory group meets

HR leaders from 15 large districts met at TASB in early March to discuss topics for HR survey development. Participating districts included Austin, Carrollton-Farmers Branch, Corpus Christi, Cypress-Fairbanks, El Paso, Frisco, Humble, Hurst-Euless Bedford, Irving, North East, Plano, Round Rock, Tyler, and Ysleta. The group identified four topics for data collection and reporting through HR Surveys in DataCentral. These topics include employee absences, teacher retention, staffing formulas, and organization of HR departments. There are now 335 districts out of the total 922 members of HR Services that subscribe to DataCentral.
