Jerry Roberts, Regions 7 and 8

Jerry has long been associated with Kilgore ISD.  He was school superintendent from 1993 to 2007 and previously served as principal and assistant principal at Kilgore High School, as well as an assistant middle school principal, counselor, and teacher.  He also has served New boston ISD as elementary principal and Leverett's Chapel IAS as superintendent.  Roberts has master's degrees in education, guidance and counseling, and psychology from Texas A & M, Texarkana.  He was voted Alumni of the Year in the Education Department of that school and was twice selected as a finalist for Superintendent of the Year.  As a TASB field services representative, Roberts works with Region 7 and part of Region 8.
