Emergency Operations Plan

What exactly is an EOP audit, and why does your district need one? School districts have an abundance of plans including instructional, strategic, capital improvement plans, asbestos management, and integrated pest management plans. In 2005, Senate Bill 11 created Texas Education Code (TEC) § 37.108 requiring school districts to adopt and implement a multihazard emergency operations plan (EOP).

Regulatory Update

The Texas Department of Agriculture has reworked the School IPM regulations. They are set to be published and opened for public comment Friday, March 6th.
