Facilities Staffing

OnSite now offers Custodial and Grounds Unitization Services. Effectively and efficiently manage your custodial and grounds departments through OnSite's staffing, equipment, and chemical inventory needs assessments.

Construction Program Management

Throughout all phases of capital improvement projects—pre-construction, construction, and post-construction—TASB staff is available to ensure that your district is getting the best value for its tax dollars and the best educational environment possible for your students.

Facility Life-Cycle Modeling

The OnSite Facility Life-Cycle Modeling is a versatile tool that is designed to help school district staff at all levels to maintain facilities effectively and efficiently by providing timely, accurate and valuable data. The Model is comprised of four key components: building inventory, life cycle standards, reports, and updating.

Document Scanning

Archive blueprints and other wide-format documents electronically—it's an easy and inexpensive safeguard to your most valued documents.

OnSite will scan your documents, return the originals along with a DVD containing all of the electronic scans, and store copies of the scans on our servers. In the event that you need a replacement DVD, it is just a phone call away.

Building Signage

OnSite Services can create customized building signage for your facilities. Our signs are  professionally printed in house, come in multiple sizes, are made of durable UV-resistant plastic, and can be used inside or outside (most sizes). You can choose everything from name plates to signs for portables.
