We want to help you take advantage of your participation with us and to access the enormous buying power of schools, cities, counties, universities, and nonprofit organizations.
These entities represent an enormous purchasing capacity in the billions each year. With the BuyBoard as your statewide storefront, you can access a customer base as big as Texas.
All products and catalogs that appear on the BuyBoard have been competitively procured and awarded by the Cooperative. One of the biggest advantages of being a BuyBoard vendor is that the schools, cities, counties, and other local governments purchasing on the BuyBoard don't have to go through the bid process themselves. That means just one contract equals a large number of potential buyers.
The first step is to visit the vendor web site. This web site has a list of any proposal specifications that are available, a list of all the contracts and when they expire, as well as a new vendor Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page. You will also want to list your company on the BuyBoard e-mail notification list. To do this, complete the BuyBoard Vendor Mailing List Registration Form, then click the Save button at the bottom of that form. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after the information has been added to the database. By being on this list, you will receive notice of future bid opportunities by e-mail and fax. A list of future bids can be seen by clicking on Bid Schedule.

Once you have been awarded a contract, the door is open to sell to the enormous local government marketplace.
