BoardBook Technical Requirements

 Hardware requirements

• Pentium II 266 MHz is minimum; Pentium III is recommended
• 64MB of RAM (memory) 
• CD Read/Writable drive (required for distribution by CD) 
• Scanner with ability to deliver scanned documents as PDF files

Internet access 

• For the compiler:  high-speed access (DSL, cable-modem, T1) recommended 
• For the board member:  dial-up access (56K preferred, 28.8 acceptable) or better

Software requirements

• Microsoft Windows 95 or newer 
• Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 5.5 or newer 
• Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or higher:
  • The complete program for the compiler and for board members who wish to annotate the packet electronically.
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (free version) is sufficient if viewing only.
