Rally for Texas Public Schools
The Save Texas Schools movement will be holding another march and rally in Austin TOMORROW (March 24) to urge lawmakers to make education the top priority next session.
It is critical that school board members and district staff demonstrate their support for our public schools in full view of legislators.
The march will start at 11 a.m. at 12th St. and Trinity St. The rally will be from noon until 2 p.m. at the Texas Capitol Building.
A previous rally held by Save Texas Schools attracted nearly 12,000 supporters calling for legislators to adequately fund public education during the 82nd Session.
