Joined TASB in 1992 as a consultant and coordinator of in-district services with Leadership Team Services and has worked with more 350 school districts in the state. His background includes 24 years with the federal government, 10 of those in educational institutions as a professor, program director, and department chair. He has extensive experience in organizational development, personnel management, and operational planning; is an experienced mediator; and is certified as a professional trainer (CPT) by TexasA&MUniversity and the American Society for Training and Development. He resides in Pflugerville.
