Ernesto Martinez Jr. served 29 years in public education as teacher, principal, and superintendent. He served as a school superintendent at Fort Davis, Sonora, Alpine, and Presidio ISDs. He is former member of the TASB Risk Management Board and joined TASB as a field services representative in 2003, working with Regions 15, 18, and 19, and part of Region 20. He resides in Alpine.
