Kathee Lupton served on the Shallowater ISD Board of Trustees for 10 years and as a member of the South Plains School Board Association for six years. She was a member of the TASB Property/Casualty Board of Directors for two years and has worked as a field services representative in Region 17 for 20 years. She currently serves Regions 16 and 17. Lupton resides in Lubbock.
