Kathee Lupton served on the Shallowater ISD Board of Trustees for 10 years and as a member of the South Plains School Board Association for six years. She was a member of the TASB Property/Casualty Board of Directors for two years and has worked as field services representative in Region 17 for 22 years. She currently serves Regions 16 and 17. Lupton lives in Lubbock.
