Joined TASB as a superintendent search consultant in 1990 and became director of Executive Search Services in July 1997. He worked in the education field for 33 years serving as teacher and principal and, for eight years, was deputy superintendent for instruction in Spring Branch ISD. Killough served two years as director of the Meadows Executive Leadership Program at The University of Texas at Austin. He lives in Lago Vista, Texas.
