TASB Superintendent of the Year Regional Winner in 1995, served 36 years in Texas public education as teacher, coach, principal, and superintendent. He is currently first vice-president/investment banker, Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc., education finance, and special assistant to the dean of educational administration, University of Texas at Arlington, superintendent certification program director. Caloss also served as superintendent for Rivera, Bandera, Southwest, and Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISDs and Lamar CISD.
