Keith Foisey

Region 10D

Keith Foisey has been a trustee for the Kemp ISD Board of Trustees for over 12 years. He has served as board president since 2005. Prior to serving as board president, he served as board secretary for two years. Keith graduated LTASB in 2008 and not only earned the Master Trustee recognition, but has given presentations at several different conferences as a leader in innovative practices for education.

He has been involved in the North Texas Area Association of School Boards (NTAASB) for 2 years and has been active in the “Grassroots” meetings. In addition, he has spent many years serving the youth in the Kemp community.  He was a Little League coach for 15 years and served as President of the local Sports Association. In his spare time, he continues to referee both Little League and for TASO Texas Association of Sports Officials.

Keith was assigned as a Military Police Investigator before being Honorably Discharged after Operation Desert Storm in 1992. He is now co-owner of A+ Doors which is an overhead door company.

Keith married his high school sweetheart Sue and they have two sons who also attended and graduated from Kemp High School.
